What is the mission of Legacy Supportive Living?
At Legacy Supportive Living, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. We specialize in supportive housing for veterans and adults seeking stable, structured living environments, offering well-managed homes designed to promote independence, respect, and peace of mind.
Our approach goes beyond housing. We focus on creating structured, supportive spaces that encourage stability, rebuild confidence, and support personal growth. Each home is operated with compassion, accountability, and consistency, fostering a safe and respectful community for all residents.
Who is eligible to live at Legacy Supportive Living?
We serve veterans, seniors, recently released inmates, displaced adults, disabled adults who can live independently, domestic violence survivors, and more. Residents must have a stable income.
Who qualifies?
Everyone! All ages and backgrounds with stable income, SSI or state income.
How many residents can live at Legacy Supportive Living?
Our house comfortably accommodates between 6-10 residents in a shared room model. There is very limited availability for private rooms.
Is this a coed house?
We have the flexibility to house Co-eds. However, men and women are roomed separately.
What amenities are included in the rent?
Rent includes housing, utilities, High Speed Wi-Fi, access to a washer and dryer, common areas, and a large backyard with a grilling area.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted.
How long can a resident stay?
Residents can stay as long or as short as they'd like as long as house rules are followed. We understand the need for flexibility and offer varying options.
